Houston Means That I'm One Step Closer to Great Tex-Mex (and Blue Bell)

Paul & I went to Houston yesterday. So, of course, we had to go to Chuy's. The Elvis Memorial Platter did not disappoint. Neither did the thin chips and jalapeño ranch salsa. 

And we only had to go to two grocery stores to find some Blue Bell to bring home.
